When planning a flight which crosses a CTA, it can be useful to know which sector (eg. CTA1, CTA2 etc) as the controlling frequencies may differ according to sector and altitude.. The info can be found on the charts in the AIP, but would be much quicker if it could be shown on the detail pop-up for the sector concerned.

Let me be clear: we do not wish to annotate these things on our charts unless a good number of controllers are referring to them in everyday radio correspondence AND they are marked up on the typically-used national paper charts. Some countries I believe match these criteria, which others do not. I don't think the UK is there, which is why I was hoping for some clarification.
